Welcome Christian leader. Dale Wolery, the Founder and Director of the Clergy Recovery Network spends the bulk of his time mentoring clergy. This mentoring is intentionally focused. Dale believes the future of the North American Church, especially it’s leadership, will be on the shoulders of ministry professionals who have gone through personal crises, who know their own powerlessness intimately, and who have journeyed the courageous road of recovery with a God who is there. Authenticity is fostered in the fiery trials of life.

You are not too broken, hopelessly flawed or finished. You do not need to travel this tough road alone. Others like Dale W. share your journey and know there are lots of reasons for hope. You have a future.
Dale is not a licensed counselor but an experienced pastoral mentor. He will nurture you with grace and tell you the truth. After almost two decades of his own recovery and ten years of mentoring clergy in crisis and early recovery he will not be intimidated by your circumstances. He knows he is limited and is familiar with his weaknesses but will hang with you. If you need more help than he can offer he will stick with you until you are safely in the hands of someone who can help you more.
The mentoring Dale provides is primarily on the phone and Internet. He will schedule regular phone conversations, answer email inquiries, and do all he can to mentor you through your personal crisis.
If he enters into a mentoring relationship with you, Dale will ask you to read, sign and transmit to him the Mentor Indemnification Form. He will work tirelessly with you and your spouse and he will do it because a team of caring friends financially support him to help you. You will not be charged for the services he provides. You are, of course, asked to regularly and prayerfully consider supporting him and the ministry of Clergy Recovery Network. Dale does not take a salary but is supported like a missionary through whatever comes in on a monthly basis.
